High performance, compact design Our flash freezing equipment instantaneously stabilises your product by introducing it into liquid nitrogen. A conveyor system will transport the product, contained in a small packaging (such as ampoules, vials,...) through a bath of this cryogen. The direct contact between the product packaging and the nitrogen ensures a swift and efficient heat exchange, which creates a high performance equipment within a compact design.

Flexible in-line stabilisation The continuous flash freezing process has numerous benefits. Besides the almost instantaneous stabilisation, this process can be flexibly integrated into the production line by a system of conveyor units. In more complex or large-scale production facilities our equipment can be linked with complete storage or lyophilisation lines, enabling to feed the in-line stabilised product to the various individual units as required.
