Western U. S. Presence for CES Equipment

CES Inc has recently completed two projects for applications in the Western United States Berry Growers Industry.

Project One: Location: California

By working closely with the customer, CES designed and engineered a LN2 Immersion that is producing 12,000 pounds of fresh strawberries an hour. The supplied unit conformed to all product-related concerns such as no damage to the end product during the freezing process and easy access for sanitation. The completion of this project signified an initial presence of CES equipment in the Western United States.

Project Two: Location: Washington (State)

Working jointly with a national LN2 supplier, CES completed an LN2 Immersion Freezer project that is being used to process raspberries at a rate of 10,000 pounds per hour. The design not only had to comply with the desired freezing application but also was required to have a total obstruction free top to allow for the operation of material handling equipment in non-freezing applications. This successfully completed project was another example of how CES is committed to satisfying the requirements of our gas supplying partners and delivering equipment that exceeds the end customers expectations.

Present Projects:

Presently CES Inc is presently manufacturing equipment for the Bakery Industry and the Meat Industry. Our present projects demand a quality unit that is capable of high throughput of product.
Some interesting aspects of a present is the re-use of LN2 exhaust gas from an existing cryogenic freezing unit as the primary medium. This operation will allow for additional use of the cold gasses resulting in significant cost savings to the customer. Also the unit will incorporate a same plane - 2-belt system where as the belts will operate in opposite directions.
