Chamber for diesel injection system manufacturer

Sub-zero quenching chamber delivered to the Germany diesel injection system manufacturer

Modern common rail diesel injection systems are operating at a pressure of 1500 bar. That's why state-of-the-art materials and heat treatment methods are compulsory. This German based world wide market leader in the field of fuel injection systems ordered for their production line of diesel injectors a treatment chamber to convert the retained austenite into martensite.

The chamber as well as the electrical installation and controls are executed according to the customer's specification documents. This in- and outside fully welded stainless steel chamber is also equipped with two beams to support the product container and delivered on a stainless steel chassis to ease the loading/unloading by means of a forklift.

To drain the condensate, the floor of this chamber is declining to the rear and equipped with a manual drain valve and a condensate collection container. The temperature sensors are redundant and the temperature regulation is realized by a programmable controller. The unit is integrated in the factory process follow-up system and the build in of a process registration and printer device is foreseen.
