Two major food producers have recently purchased CES Lab Batch Freezer systems.

These compact test freezers will be used to test new product types and will provide our customers with critical processing parameters. Our Lab Batch Freezers are powered from a standard 120Volt electrical outlet. This makes it convenient to use in test labs or at any other location. A selector switch allows the operator the select Nitrogen or CO2 operation and broadens the test possibilities. Products can be loaded on the Stainless Steel rack and trays that are included with the unit.

These freezers are completely Stainless Steel built and fully welded, ready for operation in wash down environments. A third unit was manufactured with custom dimensions to freeze specialty desserts. This custom built freezer will serve as a small scale production unit. As you can see the possibilities are endless?
