CES installed in a European leading Industrial Bakery 2 mechanical spirals and modified an existing spiral for pré-cooling of the product. The first spiral, a down-going spiral of 28 tiers, was used to cool down the product to about 4 to 5°C. The second spiral, an up-going spiral of 38 tiers is used to freeze the product to an overall temperature of -18°C. - Product Capacity of 5 Tons/h
