CES Cincinnati mentioned as key supplier in April 2009 Food Engineering article in conjunction with Celebration Foods Plant of the Year Award.
At 75 ft. [22m] in length and more than 6 ft.[1.8m] wide, the nitrogen tunnel supplied to Celebration Foods is the longest unit ever produced by CES. The bottom-mounted spray nozzles and supplementary fan system create freezing efficiencies that reduce the amount of nitrogen consumed by 30% per unit compared to Celebration's previous equipment.
