This summer CES completed a shrimp freezing line for one of the biggest seafood processors in the Netherlands. The first step, 2 years ago, was to refurbish his existing freezing line. As part of this field refurbish CES installed a dryer-crust freezing unit to dry and crust-freeze the most difficult small shrimp IQF (Individual Quick Frozen). In record time CES upgraded and complete the rest of the PLC controlled freezing line with two multipass freezers totalling 44 meters [145ft] of freezing length.. CES' expertise and know-how enables our satisfied customer to operate a high capacity and highly efficient freezing line.
