Throughput is also 150% greater according to Celebration Foods. The unit was also supplied with a hydraulic lifting mechanism that will allow the customer to easily lift the freezer to permit for trouble-free cleaning. CES also worked in conjunction with customer's Information Systems Department to install a modem that directly links to CES headquarters in Cincinnati. This link allows CES factory certified Service Technician's to connect up with customer IS Department for real time diagnoses and adjustments in the software programming.
