CES completed a "on site" assembly of a Spiral Freezer - ARCHIVE | Cryogenic | Mechanical

CES Inc recently completed a complete "on site" assembly of a large scale Cryogenic Spiral Freezer in Cincinnati, Ohio. Working closely with a national gas supplier and the customer, CES was able to accommodate special design criteria and a requested short delivery and start-up by totally assembling the unit on site. The completion of the unit was ahead of schedule and the subsequent product test produced a 150% increase in the daily production rate from what had been experienced with the customers old spiral unit. This increase was a production output record for pounds frozen in one day. That production record was then broken again on the following day with an additional 20% increase in pounds of product produced in one day. Another happy customer has again experienced the total commitment that CES exhibits, from design engineers to the fabrication staff to the installation crew. This is another example of how CES can accommodate all specified customer requests and supply the best-built and dependable cryogenic equipment available on the market.
