Crust freezing bacon and ham before slicing

CES has manufactured this custom made LIC batch freezer for one of our UK customers specialized in smoked streaky bacon, dry cured bacon, air dried ham and gammons.

Before slicing, the bacon and ham is crust frozen in very short time. This crust freezing allows a nice slicing,efficient handling and improves the quality.

This customer has several Best UK Farm Specialty Awards & West Country Food Awards.
