CES Dual LIN Batch Freezer with Gas Recuperation for Singapore customer.

A major seafood processor in Singapore, is the proud owner of a CES Dual Batch Freezer with Gas Recuperation. The PLC is supervising the Gas Recuperation system that is using the cold exhaust N2 gas from the freezing unit to pré-cool the other unit of the Dual Batch Freezers. This way, the LIN refrigerant is used in the most efficient way to keep the LIN consumption low! The PLC with the user-friendly touch panel is also equipped with programmable product programs and process data back-up.

First CES equipment for the Japanese market.

Recently we delivered a XL LIC Batch Freezer for a  leading manufacturer of liquid CO2 and dry ice in Japan.  The XL, eXtra Large, LIC Batch Freezer has been successful started up in a seafood company for freezing crabs. The unit is a standard CES
S-type Batch Freezer constructed in stainless steel 304, inside/outside welded and with stainless steel door hinges and locking system.
