With this recently installed CES Spiral Freezer, our customer in New Mexico will be freezing rolled Taquito's at a rate of 3600 pounds per hour, sixteen hours a day and 6 days a week. Considering that this is the third CES Spiral freezer installed at this location, together capable of producing 1,000,000 pounds per week.
 
This project was accomplished by closely working together with the customer's maintenance and production people. Providing them with a machine that is designed around their specific needs and demands. The biggest challenge for this project was the limited available space. CES engineering successfully designed these spiral freezers to fit a 10ft by 10ft footprint.

Special belt tensioning and detection systems prevent belt surging problems and avoid costly production losses. Our integrated PLC controls allow easy troubleshooting, and our operator friendly interface provides the operator with accurate production information. The advanced PLC controls made line integration easy and simple. A modem connection is used to monitor and support the customer from our Cincinnati location by the touch of a button, taking customer support to the next level.
