| | CES installed in a European leading Industrial Bakery 2 mechanical spirals and modified an existing spiral for pré-cooling of the product. The first spiral, a down-going spiral of 28 tiers, was used to cool down the product to about 4 to 5°C. The second spiral, an up-going spiral of 38 tiers is used to freeze the product to an overall temperature of -18°C. Read on... | |

| | CES Inc. recently completed a new custom designed nitrogen spiral freezer for a leading frozen desserts manufacturer in the north east.
This project is the largest cryogenic spiral freezer of its kind and will allow the customer to increase production while improving per pound freezing costs.
