CES Inc. recently completed a new custom designed nitrogen spiral freezer for a leading frozen desserts manufacturer in the north east.

This project is the largest cryogenic spiral freezer of its kind and will allow the customer to increase production while improving per pound freezing costs.
 
Automatic loading of the 2,375 square feet of usable belt surface is optimized by providing an Ethernet communication link to the filling machine in front of the spiral freezer and eliminates the need for operator input while guaranteeing continues belt coverage.
 
To limit interruption of the normal production schedule, CES Inc. committed to an extremely tight schedule and completed the installation in record time.
